Francesco Nicolato
Founder & Drivers manager
Francesco Nicolato brings to player development a cross-sport vision shaped by years of experience in professional soccer. His background as a coach, FIFA agent, and talent manager led him to develop an alternative approach to performance growth based on neuroscience, tactical periodization, and long-term athlete development. Originally applied to elite soccer, this methodology is now transferred to motorsport to support drivers beyond driving skills, including mindset, decision-making, emotional control, and career management.
His connection with motorsport started very early. His uncle, Luigi Ziggiotti, was a motocross rider in the 1960s and 1970s, Italian Junior Champion, European Team Champion, and a participant in several Motocross World Championship events.
Growing up around racing, Francesco experienced the motorsport environment from childhood, competing in minimoto and developing a strong passion for karting and Formula 1, while also following his uncle at motocross races and gaining early exposure to team dynamics and the competitive world of racing.
His work focuses on building structured, sustainable development paths that combine human understanding, competitive vision, and strategic planning. Francesco also holds a solid technical background in motorsport communication, marketing, and sponsorship strategy, having completed a specialist course in motorsport communication and a Master’s degree in Motorsport Marketing & Sponsorship at 24ORE Business School.
His role bridges technical expertise and commercial vision, supporting drivers and projects in creating structured sponsorship programs aligned with brand and performance objectives, and developing clear, market-ready profiles consistent with sporting growth, communication, and commercial value.
Francesco Bracciotti
Technical Engineer & Motorsport Specialist
Francesco Bracciotti is a mechanical engineer with strong motorsport experience across national and international championships. Since 2018, he has worked as a Race and Data Engineer in categories including Formula 4, Formula 3, TCR Italy, CIGTS and Supercup, collaborating with teams such as AKM Motorsport by Antonelli, PHM Racing and AIX Racing.
He currently operates as a Remote Data Engineer in FIA Formula 3 and as a Race Engineer for F4 testing and race programs.
Co-founder and Technical Director of Six Engineers S.r.l., he focuses on race and data engineer training and on-track technical support in F4 and Supercup series. His background includes a Master in Race Engineering, a Master focused on Formula E electric powertrains and a MSc in Mechanical Engineering.
His work combines data analysis, performance optimisation and simulation, with a strong analytical and performance-driven approach to vehicle management and driver support.
